Coffee, Tea And Tulips really is ideal for your Events. We have hosted countless Showers, Birthdays of single and double-digit ages, Childrens’ First Tea outside of Home, Small Women’s Groups, Bible Studies and more. We make life easy on you as we have few rules and say Yes so much more of the time. When you have your event at Coffee, Tea And Tulips, we take care of the Catering – with NO room charge or facility fees. All you do is send out invitations and show up. We plan your Event together and this becomes your new home. You may decorate freely and plug your music into our sound system.  For your Events outside of our lovely Tea Room, click here for our CATERING page.

When was the last time somebody opened up their home to you and let you do whatever you like? Princess Tea Party Activities
Suggested activities for Princess Tea Parties: 1. Actor to dress up as favorite character  2. Tea Party and / or Tea Party Manners 3. Balloon Animals      1 minute per child 4. Costume Play      About 10 minutes 5. Candy Treasure Hunt     5 minutes 6. Coloring Activity     5-10 minutes 7. Music 8. Bubble Play      10 minutes 9. A few rules…just a few, and a little fine print: To start with, there is no facility or rental fee – whatever that is.

Private Tea Room Parties / After Hours : Minimum 15 Guests / maximum 25 Guests. We’ll close our Tea Room a little early for you, as we’ll be closed to the general public. These events are normally scheduled on Saturdays at 2pm and booked for 2 hours. This is normally ample time. Seating times will be counted from the time of your reservation and not upon your arrival.

Parties during our normal business hours have a maximum 12 Guests. Don’t worry, our other Cafe Guests mind their own business!

All parties will have a minimum order and is essentially on a case-by-case basis. In general and typically: Tea and Skons, entree courses such as Tea Sandweeches and Salades and Dessert. You may go with a set Tea Service such as Queen Victoria Tea and this would satisfy all the requirements. In the case where we are hosting a Children’s Tea Party (Children’s Catering) with Adults present, since we are giving up a seat normally reserved for Walk-ins,  we do ask that Adults order something at miminum, please.

We contract outside entertainment. We use  a local and very reputable company who conducts extensive background checks, for the safety and enjoyment of  you, your family and Guests. A deposit is required.

If you supply your own cake, we do not charge you to assist in cutting – HOWEVER, please supply pretty, disposable plates, forks and matching napkins.

Deposit of $50.00 cash or credit card is required to secure and confirm your date. All deposits are NON-refundable with-in two weeks of your event date. If we are able to re-book your cancelled date to another party (we’ll try), your deposit would be credited towards a future event or walk-in order. Canceling your original date to re-schedule a different date will not require another deposit of $50. A Final seat / head count is required 72 hours prior to the date of your event.
