Merry Christmas and Seasons’Greetings to everybody!

We can usually accommodate last minute Catering requests –we know that sometimes it happens that way.

Please note our hours –now through January 7th,2012:We’re here through Saturday December 31st,2011 BUT maintain Mondays off. We’re off on Christmas Day and return Tuesday December 27th,through Saturday January 31st,2011.

We’re off from Sunday January 1st,2012 and re-open on Saturday January 7th,2012.

Yes we are checking emails (BEST OPTION) and voicemails if you have any questions or wish to make reservations.

Great Things Happening

I just love Autumn…some of us call it Fall. It has always been a time of year for big changes –positive changes,and we love that! Our lives have always seemed to take a different turn. This month Lina and I celebrate our anniversary. We also celebrate our growth at Coffee,Tea And Tulips and we thank you - all of our lovely fans and supporters for this. Stop in sometime soon and experience all those great,positive changes in our New Menu. Keep an out for some mentions in different places about us.

Niyaz Pirani

We’ve talked about the Niyaz Pirani Sandweech on our new Menu. It’s becoming quite popular all the sudden. We’re thankful that the infamous Niyaz himself “blessed”it! His only request is a fried egg on top….perhaps we can accommodate him on that request.

Toasted,Artisan Ciabatta;a few dashes of Extra Virgin Olive Oil;Tasty Olive Tapenade;Chicken Breast;Sliced Tomatoes;Purple Onions;and,Anchovy. Perhaps a Fried Egg - but just for Niyaz. Mmm.

Great Summer in Mission Viejo

We have had some great weather so far –really hot –and some days that were really comfortable! I think there was a shot unexpected rain at some point. It was exciting in our Tea Room to serve up all these new Menu items –regardless of weather! Some of the new Tapas have become more popular than the old ones. The Tea Lattes have really taken off…imagine your favorite Tea steeped with Hot Water,a Flavor Syrup and Steamed Milk! Oh yes. Something different for us is using Tonno in Oil for the Cesars Spicy Tuna Salade –very delicious.

Stop in for something very tasty.
