We are almost finished inking the final version of our Special Mother’s Day Tea Service! We’re so excited. In a few days it will be final and posted right here. This will give you an idea…there are few seats left for both Saturday and Sunday, May 12th and 13th, 2012. Again, seating times on Saturday are 10a, 12p and 2p; Sunday times are 10a and 12p.
This will give you an idea – but again it’s not complete:
We’ll always start with a lovely Pot of Loose-leaf Tea (20 to choose), such as the exciting Midnight in Paris, Vanilla Bean Creme, Raspberry Rose, etc.
We’ll pair it with a very special Scone – either a Red Velvet Scone with Strawberry Butter or perhaps an infused Scone.
The second course will be a plate served with multiple items:
A Petite Soupe, perhaps a Chilled Caesar Salade Soupe,
A Tea Sandweech with Goat Cheese and Fig Ketchup,
A Petite Quiche of Asparagus with a lovely Citrus and Caper Aioli,
Another item such as Stuffed Grape Leaves maybe 2
The final course will be a special kind of sweet. We are looking to the Middle East for inspiration.
