We are so excited about Valentine’s Weekend. That would be Saturday and Sunday, February 11th and 12th, 2012. As we post this, we are finalizing our Special Menu.
1. Start with some lovely Loose-leaf Tea, such as the famous Midnight in Paris, Blue Eyes or Raspberry Rose.
Alongside is a Red Velvet Scone with Strawberry Butter.
2. The next course includes these delicious Tapas on a single plate: Greens tossed with a tart Pomegranate Molasses and garnished with a tangy Goat Cheese; Roasted Tomato Bisque with a Sherry Clotted Cream; A Poulet (Chicken) and Carrot Raspberry-Chipotle Stack; Smoked Salmon and Beet Bouquets with a Garlic-Shallot Emulsion and Edible Flowers.
3. The Final Dessert course is so fabulous, it’s designed to be a surprise! We’re playing with a little Molecular Gastronomy (look it up!).
We make it affordable – 3 courses only $25.5 per person. Each Guest in your group must order this fixed Menu – no sharing, please. Thank you for allowing us to make it affordable for all.
